 What's New for the 2020 RAM 1500?

The 2020 RAM 1500 comes to the market as one of the latest RAM vehicles produced and a new edition to the 1500 model series. The all-new 1500 is a crew cab truck that comes with some new exterior styling packages and is part of the fifth generation of vehicles for its line. The engine is a hybrid and comes with an 8-speed shiftable automatic transmission, four-wheel-drive train, and V6 cylinders on the interior. The engine can generate up to 269 feet per pound of torque and get a 305 horsepower rating. It requires regular unleaded fuel to run and can up a max of twenty-six gallons.

 Features of the 2020 RAM 1500

As with all newly made vehicles, the RAM 1500 comes with its own set of interior and exterior features, decorations, comfort designs, and safety precautions to make sure occupants can enjoy it. The RAM can seat six people on the interior and provide them with the comfort of sitting on cloth seats with manual driver and passenger adjustment settings. Some exterior options that come with this model include a tri-fold tonneau cover, a multi-function tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, and wheelhouse liners. The entertainment system comes with satellite and standard radio and six audio speakers. Other comfort features include cruise control, air conditioning, keyless ignition, a rearview camera, and extra front seatback storage. When it comes to car safety, standard features like rear door safety locks and child seat anchors are the first things added. A new feature is a forward collision mitigation system, which alerts the driver of an imminent collision in the front of their car. Emergency braking preparation and assist tools have been added if the driver needs to come to a stop, and the brake is damaged or failing. There are dusk sensing headlamps in the interior that can readily adjust to the time of day.
