At one of these certified service centers, like the one here at Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, the program covers the cost of your first two oil changes and tire rotations for you. Among non-luxury brands, Jeep Wave stands out as the only loyalty program that provides unlimited mileage within the two-year program without any extra cost.
Other Benefits of the Jeep Wave Program
Service benefits are just the beginning of everything that Jeep Wave offers. Jeep Wave customers also enjoy 24/7 roadside assistance, giving you comprehensive coverage wherever you travel with your Jeep. This benefit includes gas delivery of up to two gallons, jump starts, towing to the nearest certified Jeep service station, spare tire service, and more. Complementing this service is the inclusion of trip interruption coverage, which acts as a safety net if your Jeep encounters operational issues while on the road. Under this provision, Jeep Wave extends coverage of up to $1,000 per incident, addressing essential needs like accommodations, meals, and emergency transportation. Further enhancing the convenience of Jeep Wave, it offers a complimentary same-day rental vehicle for routine service appointments, ensuring that you can go about your day while your vehicle is serviced. Lastly, drivers with a vehicle enrolled in the Jeep Wave program gain exclusive access to all Jeep Brand events across the country, complete with VIP treatment. It's important to note that these advantages remain in effect as long as your Jeep falls within the five-year/60,000-mile powertrain limited warranty period.
How to Enroll in Jeep Wave Customer Care
By now, you may be curious how one enrolls in the Jeep Wave program. If you're shopping for a new Jeep, you're in luck, as all models and trim levels from the 2021 model year and newer are automatically enrolled in the program. However, if you are currently the owner of a Jeep from the 2016 through 2020 model years and would like to enroll, you're still in luck! Certain models and trims from these years can be enrolled in the program. This includes all Wrangler and Gladiator trims, along with the Overland, Summit, High Altitude, SRT, and Trackhawk trim levels of the Grand Cherokee. Additionally, the Cherokee, Compass, and Renegade Trailhawk trim levels from these model years are eligible for enrollment. Many customers also ask if you can have multiple vehicles enrolled in JeepWave, which you can. In fact, you can have an unlimited number of Jeep Wave memberships as long as the vehicle meet the enrollment requirements. Additionally, customers can buy back into the program to renew the benefits once the five-year/60,000-mile warranty period expires.
